TransTech is an incubator for LGBTQ Talent with a focus on economically empowering the T, transgender people, in our community. TransTech is a co-working, co-learning community dedicated to empowering trans, lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer people and allies with practical, career-ready skills.
Our mission is to empower, educate, and employ those facing barriers in education and in the workplace, as well as to reduce instances of discrimination, with a concentration on trans and gender non-conforming individuals.
We provide resources for the economic empowerment of our members, and we celebrate and showcase the talents and accomplishments within our community. We have partnered with Stonewall National Monument and Visitor Center to curate a collective of trans artists for their designs, and we fully funded 100 trans and non-binary folks to experience CHICAGO musical on Broadway.
We have amazing member-only resources that are tailored to our community’s needs. Our annual summit gathers our wisdom. We provide a large learning library tackling matters concerning transgender folks in the workplace and their career path. We provide access to LinkedIn Learning, free Calm subscriptions, and more.
We provide members access to technology and educational resources while supporting them as they build a portfolio. We also have a job board from our partners and allies for opportunities.

Thanks to our amazing donors and partners, we are able to bring our members all the resources at no cost to them. Economic empowerment for trans and non-binary folks is our goal.
