Monica Roberts (transgriot.com) used her gift to tell the stories of people in the Trans community with dignity and respect. In honor of Monica and her extraordinary legacy, TransTech Social Enterprises launched the Monica Roberts Essay & Blogger Contest. During the 2022 TransTech Summit we encouraged the community to use their original voice, unique style, fresh point of view, creativity, descriptive language, proper diction, “Realness”, clarity, valuable content and/or research, clarity, and peer impact for their entries.
For the Second Annual Monica Roberts Blogger & Essay Content we provided our community with 5 prompts to base their Blogs and Essays on; and we could not have been more excited to read through them all. They were all truly breathtaking, empowering and raw. The prompts can be found below:
